Plans and billing
Compare core registry access, paid serial workflows, trials, and unit allowance behavior.
Free keeps the core unit registry usable. Paid plans add faster operational workflows and larger allowances without locking you out of data you already created.
How access works
| Capability | Free | Serial and above |
|---|---|---|
| Manual unit registry and lifecycle | Yes | Yes |
| Search, unit passport, order view | Yes | Yes |
| Data exports | Yes | Yes |
| Pools and generation | No | Yes |
| CSV import | No | Yes |
| Fulfillment auto-assign and scan | No | Yes |
| Reconciliation | No | Yes |
The in-app pricing page is the source of truth for current prices, plan names, limits, and trial terms.
Unit allowance
The meter counts real, non-voided units. Demo units and voided units do not consume allowance. A downgrade never deletes data and never blocks assignment, return, void, export, or reconciliation of existing units; it only refuses new unit creation above the active limit.
Trials and changes
Trial state and days remaining appear on Home and Billing. Plan changes use Shopify Billing, and cancelling a paid plan does not remove your registry.
