Choosing your plan
Match Free, Serial, Warranty, or Ops to what your team actually does with serialized units.
Every plan shares one serial ledger. You move up a tier when you need the next workflow on top of that ledger — never to unlock your own data, which always stays readable and exportable.
Free — a real registry, not a teaser
Free gives up to 100 units a manual serial registry with unit passports, global search, the order view, and CSV export. It is enough to track a small serialized catalog by hand.
Serial ($19) — the operational suite
Choose Serial when you fulfill enough orders that manual tracking hurts. It adds up to 5,000 units plus pools, collision-safe generation, CSV import, fulfillment assignment, keyboard-wedge scanning, and stock-to-serial reconciliation.
Warranty ($49) — registration and claims
Choose Warranty when buyers need to register products and file claims. On top of everything in Serial, it raises the allowance to 25,000 units and adds:
- Per-unit QR identities and printable label sheets.
- A buyer registration portal with an approval queue.
- Warranty claims validated against a real serialized unit, with deterministic duplicate, out-of-window, and velocity flags.
- The full claim lifecycle — review, approve or deny, resolve — from editable email templates.
- Product webhooks and Klaviyo events.
There are no per-claim fees. The price is a flat monthly subscription.
Ops ($149) — uncapped and recall-ready
Choose Ops when unit volume is unlimited and you run recalls at scale. It removes the unit cap and includes recall operations end to end.
Switching plans
Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrading only locks features going forward — it never deletes serials, units, registrations, or claims. Creation pauses only when your usage is over the new plan's cap; existing records stay readable and exportable.
